Career

Diana leads the firm’s immigration practice, which covers all aspects of UK and US immigration and nationality law.

She focuses primarily on US immigration and nationality law, working with individual talent and with talent groups, helping them to obtain the required visas to enter the US for filming or performing. Diana advises start-up sand established businesses expanding into the US or growing their US presence or workforce. She also acts for entrepreneurs, seeking to start businesses in the US, investors aiming to apply for “green cards” under the investment schemes, and individuals seeking to self-petition for permanent residency in the US based on extraordinary abilities or national interest waivers.

Diana advises individuals requiring complex waivers of inadmissibility based on previous criminal record, as well as individuals seeking family-based immigrant and non-immigrant visas and other immigration benefits or wishing to acquire or lose US citizenship.

Diana has a wide range of clients, including traditional and contemporary talent, start-ups, owned and managed businesses, large multinational corporations, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals.

Active member of and a frequent speaker at the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Diana regularly volunteers her time on AILA committees, having chaired two recent biennial AILA RDC/EMEA London conferences. Before starting her career as an immigration lawyer, worked for a number of years working as an international lawyer.

Prior to joining Clintons, Diana headed the US immigration practice at a full-service City law firm, having practised immigration law at firms in London and in the US.

Diana qualified as a US attorney in the state of New York in 2009, and as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2014.
