Frédéric Giancarli is a French-qualified lawyer and has over twenty years of experience in M&A and private equity in both Paris and Casablanca. Frédéric has recently advised on a variety of M&A and private equity mandates in a wide range of sectors including technology, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, industrials, and manufacturing, as well as in financial services. He also boasts a wealth of experience in corporate and commercial litigation matters and has a fine-tuned skillset and a deep understanding of the Casablanca legal market.

Frédéric is the Africa Practice Leader for TMT and Consumer Goods & Retail.
