Fraser has over 28 years of experience, which he uses to help clients resolve disputes and successfully deliver construction, engineering, energy and climate change, infrastructure and waste projects, within the UK and internationally.

He has substantial experience of acting in a project advisory capacity, working alongside client teams during project delivery and addressing risks to time, budget and project objectives.

Fraser is a member of and regional coordinator for the Society of Construction Law. He was formerly a committee member of the Energies Industries Council.
