Will Lawrence is a Senior Associate in the Funds and Indirect Real Assets department.
Will focuses on establishing private funds and joint ventures investing in real assets and the structuring, acquisition and divestment of their underlying investments. He has significant experience advising on the launch of open and closed ended UK and European commingled products and also advises on club deals and single investor mandates as well as asset management, carry and co-investment arrangements. Will acts for a range of institutional, private equity and boutique fund managers as well as investors.
