Barry Morris is a Partner in our Property team. He handles a wide range of real estate transactions including:

• acquisitions and disposals (with particular expertise on forward purchase agreements);
• general investment advice (including comprehensive advice on multi-use schemes);
• development work (including extensive rights of light expertise); and
• asset management (with particular experience on innovative letting transactions in the period prior to a redevelopment).

Barry acts for a range of clients including  property companies, financial institutions, foreign investors and family offices.
