Pippa is a partner in the Financial Services Team. She advises on a wide range of regulatory and commercial issues affecting financial service providers and institutional investors, such as establishment and authorisation requirements, governance and conduct of business requirements, regulatory change compliance, cross border business, product design and distribution as well as the regulatory aspects of mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures and outsourcings.
