Associate

Olivia Zingg works as an associate in the IP and TMC practice group, where her professional focus centres primarily on legal issues relating to trademarks, designs, copyrights, data protection, unfair competition, advertisement and sales promotions. Her advisory practice also involves advising companies on pre-launch initiatives for new products.

Olivia studied law at the University of St. Gallen and graduated in 2021. During her studies, Olivia worked part-time as a Legal & Compliance Trainee at a FinTech company and was a Student Research Assistant at the University of St. Gallen. Following her master's degree, Olivia started working as a trainee at CMS from May 2021 to April 2022 and subsequently completed a one-year internship at the Public Attorney's Office in St. Gallen. After taking the bar exam in September 2023, Olivia returned to CMS and has been working at our firm since.
