Sidonie Morvan specializes in real estate law and mainly deals with real estate acquisitions, construction and development projects, landlord and tenant law, and real estate related litigation.

Ms Morvan regularly advises real estate investors, companies with corporate real estate matters, well-known players in the Geneva real-estate world (developers, architects, real-estate agents, general contractors) and individuals. She assists them before the competent civil and administrative courts. Her activities cover all the main areas of real estate, such as transactions,  legal due diligence of properties and real estate projects, drafting and negotiating of contracts (in particular purchase, construction and lease agreements) and the assistance with all questions arising in connection with the realisation of real estate projects (public procurement zoning, urban planning, LFAIE).

Ms. Morvan is an associate judge at the Geneva tribunal for leases and rents.

She was the founding Partner of a boutique law firm in 2013 dedicated to real estate & construction law. She joined CMS as a partner in January 2021.
