Nedeljko Velisavljević is the Head of Dispute Resolution practice at CMS Belgrade and CMS Podgorica. He is recognised as one of the leading litigation lawyers in Serbia.

He has more than 20 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution, insolvency and restructuring matters, white-collar defence & investigation matters, advising a number of companies with regard to potential and pending disputes, representing them before the courts of Serbia and Montenegro and other authorities.

Nedeljko is active in all fields of dispute resolution, including arbitration, litigation, the defence and investigation of white-collar crime, criminal proceedings, compliance, forensics, international commercial disputes, internal investigations, insolvency and restructuring matters, etc.

As part of his practice, he has represented clients in arbitration proceedings on the national level in both Serbia and Montenegro, as well as in international arbitrations and commercial litigation. He has represented both public and private companies in various ICC arbitration proceedings.

He advises clients across a wide range of industry sectors, including real estate, construction, banking and finance, life sciences, energy, consumer products, IT, telecommunications, technology, aviation, automotive, etc.
