Maja Stepanović is a partner at CMS Belgrade who specialises in all aspects of corporate law and transactions, including privatisations, concessions and PPP (advising both the government and investors/bidders), mergers, acquisitions, share transfers and transfers of business, joint ventures and partnerships.

Maja Stepanović has over 25 years of experience across a wide spectrum of national and international transactions, assisting clients in setting up their businesses in Serbia from the very beginning, and providing day-to-day support in their ongoing corporate activities.

Maja Stepanović also has significant experience in state aid and commercial law, and has been advising manufacturers, suppliers and trading companies operating in different industries on various commercial arrangements, including distribution, supply and purchase agreements, general terms and conditions, franchising and other commercial contracts.

She is a registered IP agent and has a strong practice in the pharmaceutical and medical devices areas.
