Associate

Válter Diogo Dias is an Associate in the Employment, Labour & Pensions team.

He develops his activity in labour law, advising multinational and local companies based in Madeira (inside and outside the Free Trade Zone of Madeira), operating notably in the land, airport, transports, hospitality, food, construction and tourism sectors, on labour, civil and commercial law.

He advises regularly in day-to-day Employment law and Human Resources matters. He also conducts disciplinary procedures, notably based on dismissal with just cause.

Moreover, he has experience in employment litigation, and conducting judicial and misdemeanour proceedings.

He is also well versed in advising domestic and foreign clients in civil and commercial disputes related to breaches of contract, civil liability and credit recovery.
