Lima, September 11, 2026 – CMS Grau has advised Scotiabank Perú S.A.A. on the granting of secured financing to San Efisio S.A.C., a Peruvian agro-industrial company dedicated to the cultivation and export of asparagus and blueberries.

The financing proceeds will be used primarily for capital investments—specifically the acquisition of machinery and equipment and the planting of blueberry acreage—as well as for the refinancing of existing debt.

The transaction will enable San Efisio to continue strengthening its production capacity and support its growth plans within the Peruvian agro-export sector.
