Lima, September 1, 2026 – CMS Grau advised the Credicorp Capital Deuda Soles II Investment Fund, managed by Credicorp Capital Asset Management, on its participation as a financier in a retail sector securitized bond program, with an investment of S/ 22,078,000.

The transaction, structured by Magna Asesores Financieros S.A.C., represents a capital market financing alternative and reflects the growing development of private debt as a source of corporate financing and an investment option for institutional investors.
