Evert Sánchez specializes in Energy and Natural Resources, with a focus on Regulatory, Transactional, M&A, and Project Finance matters. He has extensive experience advising on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, upstream and midstream project development, as well as on power purchase agreements, hedging contracts, EPC and O&M contracts, energy management agreements, joint operating agreements (JOAs), NAESB, and other commodity trading arrangements.

Evert represents a wide range of market participants, including energy suppliers, project developers, national and international oil companies, power and gas utilities, and financial investors active in the Mexican energy sector. His practice covers projects involving solar and wind power, renewable energy developments, natural gas and LNG infrastructure, crude and gas pipelines, processing and storage facilities, and refined product marketing.
