Senior Associate

Richad Majid is a Senior Associate in the Lusophone Africa teams.

He develops his activity in labour law, namely in the monitoring of company restructuring processes in several sectors, in direct negotiations and the resolution of collective disputes. He has relevant experience in the drafting of legal diplomas in the area of labour law and participation in the drafting of amendments to the labour code.

Richad has also been developing his activity in a variety of matters concerning foreign investment in Lusophone African Countries in particular Angola and Mozambique advising clients, mainly foreign, on cross-border transactions, foreign investment and restructuring processes in Lusophone African Countries.

Richad was also an Adviser in the Office of the Deputy Minister of Labour and Vocational Training of the XXII Constitucional Government and an Adviser in the Office of the Secretary of State for Employment of the XXI Constitutional Government.
