Senior Associate

Cláudia Antunes da Silva is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Law team.

With over 20 years of experience, she works mainly in the area of commercial law, providing ongoing legal advice to various national and international clients, on the negotiation and the drafting of commercial contracts and providing legal assistance across the board.

She also has wide experience in the areas of Banking and Finance Law, Civil Law and Related Litigation, with a particular focus on legal advice to financial institutions and financial companies, particularly in terms of Civil Law (contractual), Consumer Credit and the respective regulation and supervision by supervisory bodies.

In 2008 she took over the coordination of the Litigation Department for financial institutions and financial companies.
