Career

Amy has almost a decade of experience in complex transnational disputes, particularly international commercial and investment arbitration. She has extensive experience advising and representing multi-national and stated-owned enterprises, listed companies, states, governmental and public entities and institutions, and international organisations. She has represented and advised clients in high-stake arbitration cases under the rules of ICC, HKIAC, CIETAC, SIAC, LCIA, JCAA, DIS, SCC, SHAC, THAC, SCIA, ICSID, ICDR, and ad hoc UNCITRAL. Her clients come from a wide range of jurisdictions and sectors.

Amy is qualified in Hong Kong, the State of New York (USA) and Paris (France). Trained in both common law and civil law jurisdictions, she holds advanced law degrees from Harvard Law School and the Institut d'études politiques de Paris (Sciences Po.), cum laude.

Amy started her career in Paris and worked at leading international law firms in France and Hong Kong. She regularly publishes and speaks on issues relating to international arbitration. She is fluent in Chinese, English, and French.
