    Position

    David Guitton joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2026 as a partner.

    He advises on Technology, Media & Telecommunications law, particularly in the areas of electronic communications and digital services (including e-commerce, electronic transactions, electronic identification and cybersecurity).

    He assists operators, investors and public authorities in the structuring, deployment and operation of digital infrastructure (including submarine cables and landing stations, data centres, satellite earth stations, towers, and backbone and access networks), as well as in the provision of related services.

    He advises clients on regulatory, contentious and contractual matters, notably in the context of public-private partnerships (PPPs).
