Tax law

Fanny has been a lawyer in the direct tax department of CMS Francis Lefebvre since 2010.

She practices tax law, with a focus on wealth taxation, assisting company executives, high-net-worth private clients, the tax departments of several French and foreign private banks and insurance companies, as well as investment funds.

She supports her clients in matters relating to income taxation (investment income, stock option and employee share ownership plans, life insurance, and specific real estate income), gift and inheritance tax, and wealth tax. She also assists clients in the context of tax audits and tax litigation.

In particular, she advises business leaders, family groups and individuals on all tax issues relating to the holding, transfer or disposal of businesses or shareholdings, as well as on real estate structuring.
