    Jean-Philippe Thiellay joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2025.

    He also works closely with other teams within the firm on all types of operations involving public law, in whole or in part (liability, land-use and planning policy, urban planning and construction, environment, defense, sports, etc.).
