Foucaud Jaulin joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2025.

He advises on the development and financing of projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors. His practice covers the entire project lifecycle, including structuring and development, discussions with public authorities, financing, construction and project management in the operational phase. He is also involved in privatisation and asset acquisition operations.

Foucaud works with international companies, developers, investment funds, financial institutions and governments, mainly in Europe, Africa and emerging countries.
