Mathieu Daudé joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2004 and became a partner in 2019.
He practices in tax law with a focus on advisory and litigation matters involving international intra-group transactions (restructuring and transfer pricing) for French and foreign multinationals groups. He advises multinationals on the application of tax treaties and restructuring (mergers, financing, refinancing, asset transfers). His practice also extends to international property transactions, international asset planning taxation (including residency, estate planning, and international asset restructuring). He has developed extensive experience in the treatment of trusts under French tax law.
