Eva Aubry joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2008 and became a partner in 2025.

She practices in tax law. She advises French and international groups on a range of matters, including tax management (tax consolidation, intra-group relations, compliance, etc.), restructuring, tax audits, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts (LBOs), negotiation of authorisations and approvals, and advance tax rulings. She assists clients during tax audits and any resulting litigation.

Eva Aubry also advises on tax law as applied to non-profits organisations and provides advice to executives on personal and asset planning tax.
