    Position

    Vincent Lorieul  joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2015 and became a partner in 2025.  

    Vincent mainly advises on: 

    • Competition law (anticompetitive agreements, abuse of dominant position, merger control, FDI); 
    • Distribution law (supplier/distributor relations, annual agreements, invoicing, payment terms, pricing transparency, etc.); 
    • Competition litigation (restrictive trade practices, unfair competition, follow-on actions); 
    • Consumer law / Product regulations; 
    • Circular economy. 

    In addition to a particular interest in contentious matters, Vincent Lorieul has developed extensive experience in commercial negotiations and misleading commercial practices. He regularly assists his clients in antitrust proceedings and merger control filings. 

    Vincent Lorieul advises on these issues before administrative authorities (Autorité de la concurrence, DGCCRF/DREETS/DDPP, European Commission, etc.) as well as before the competent commercial, administrative, and civil courts.

    He advises or represents companies in various industries (vehicle manufacturing, consumer goods, banking and insurance, building construction, real estate, etc.).
