Jean-René Bénichou joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 1987 and became a partner in 2001.
He practices in tax law and advises French and international groups on tax management (tax consolidation, intra-group relations, etc.), restructuring (mergers, spin-offs, demergers, etc.), tax audits, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, arranging and structuring financing, and negotiating tax authorisations in domestic or international set-ups. Jean-René Bénichou also assists clients during tax audits and any resulting litigation.
He's practice also includes environmental tax and taxation of non-profits organisations.
