    Position

    Grégory Benteux joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2009 and became a partner in 2013. He is head of the firm's Securitisation and Structured Financing practice and Global Head of the CMS Securitisation and Receivables group.

    He advises on domestic and international securitisation and structured finance transactions for a wide range of asset classes, including trade receivables, public receivables, tax claims, financial receivables, tangible assets, etc. He assists with setting up securitisation programmes for French and international financial institutions, and for major corporates. He has built up an extensive practice in deconsolidation transactions (under IFRS, US GAAP, and French GAAP). He is recognised in France for his command of covered bonds.

    Grégory Benteux also has a wealth of experience in trusts and asset-backed financing (receivables, inventories, properties, etc.). He has in-depth knowledge of a wide range of assets and receivables in various sectors (tax claims, subsidies, energy, transport, health, agriculture, etc.).
