    Jean-Fabrice Brun joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2004 and became a partner in 2016. He is joint manager of the firm's Dispute Resolution department.

    He advises a broad range of corporate, individual, government, and public clients. He is an experienced litigator and represents clients in high-stakes litigation proceedings before the national civil, commercial, financial, and criminal courts.

    Jean-Fabrice Brun is highly skilled in international arbitration. He has represented several international groups in strategic litigation proceedings in the agri-foods, banking, insurance, and aviation sectors.
