Xavier Daluzeau joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 1997 and became a partner in 2012.

He practices in tax law with a focus on transfer pricing and cross-border restructuring and acquisitions.

He advises on drafting transfer pricing documentation and policy, reorganisations, acquisitions, avoiding double-taxation, and preliminary agreements on transfer pricing. He works with companies across a range of sectors, including banking, asset management, consumer goods, media and communication, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals. Xavier Daluzeau also supports clients during tax audits and litigation.
