Richard Foissac joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 1988 and became a partner in 1998.

He pratices in tax law, with a particular focus on on high-stakes cases involving wealth, real estate, and financial taxation issues.

Richard Foissac is also deeply involved in tax matters relating to family-owned businesses and has developed significant expertise in criminal tax law.
