Christophe Aldebert joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 1989 and became a partner in 2000.

He practices in tax law with a particular focus on VAT and payroll taxes. He advises financial institutions, insurance companies, property groups, industrial and service companies on the VAT regime, indirect taxes on transactions, forming resource-pooling groups, VAT groups, and optimising restructuring operations (mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing). He assists clients in monitoring and management of tax audits and tax adjustments, and acts for them in tax litigation before the French and European courts (CJEU).

Christophe Aldebert has also developed extensive experience litigating criminal tax law cases.
