    Pierre Dedieu joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 1999 and became a partner in 2009.

    He practices French and international tax law with a focus on wealth and transaction tax. He also has extensive experience representing clients in tax litigation proceedings, including representing clients in dealings with the tax authorities during tax audits and tax raids, and before the civil and administrative courts.

    Pierre Dedieu supports family groups on the French and international aspects of structuring and transferring their assets. He advises entrepreneurs, senior executives of international groups and fund managers on creating asset-holding structures, compensation packages and international mobility. His practice also extends to advising non-residents on structuring their property investments in France.
