Arnaud Donguy joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 1993 and became a partner in 2010.
He practices in tax law and advises clients on corporation tax, tax consolidation, domestic and cross-border business restructuring (mergers, spin-offs, demergers), and complex overlapping tax and accounting problems of calculating taxable income.
