Jean-Philippe Bidegainberry joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 1997 and became a partner in 2008.

He practices in tax law and assists French and international groups in the following areas : assistance in managing group tax (calculation of taxable income, managing deficits, managing intra-group relations), tax consolidation (setting up tax consolidation groups, preparing consolidated tax reporting packages, monitoring unrealised tax benefits and liabilities, and other complex issues), restructuring and financing, tax audits, and tax litigation.
