Carlos Andrés Sánchez is a Partner and co-head of the Infrastructure & Projects, Telecommunications, and Public Procurement practices.

He has over 25 years of experience advising on the structuring of complex infrastructure projects in Colombia and across Latin America, acting for government entities, multilateral organisations, and private sponsors. He is currently a member of the UNOPS PPP legal experts group.

His practice focuses on the legal structuring of large-scale PPP/PFI projects across a wide range of sectors, including highways, airports, railways, waterways, hospitals, prisons, museums and libraries.

In the telecommunications sector, Carlos Andrés advises operators and public entities on regulatory and transactional matters. His experience includes advising on projects related to radioelectric spectrum management and the operation of the .co domain.
