Indir Osmić is an attorney at law in cooperation with CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz admitted to the FBiH Bar. He joined CMS Sarajevo in 2011.

His main fields of expertise are Corporate law, Finance law, Tax Law, Energy Law and Compliance. 

Indir’s work also includes corporate finance work, such as coordinating M&A deals with focus on finance structuring and regulatory. He has expanded his experience by working as a country team leader in complex regional cross-border transaction projects. 

Besides mentioned, Mr. Osmic possesses experience in commercial, administrative and tax litigation cases where he advised and represented a number of international clients.
