As professor at the University of Vienna, Law school he has an outstanding academic reputation. He is author of various commentaries, books and articles with a particular focus on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, antitrust and partnership law, including the leading commentary on the Austrian Act on limited liability companies. He is co-editor of “ecolex”, the leading Austrian commercial law journal.
