Position
Nisha is an associate solicitor in the business crime and regulatory departments. She advises on a broad spectrum of fraud-related criminal allegations against corporate bodies and individuals.
Career
Prior to joining Hickman & Rose in 2024, Nisha spent two years training at an international corporate law firm, where she worked on fraud and bribery matters, anti-competitive practices, and regulatory compliance. Nisha has represented individual and corporate clients at a range of courts and tribunals.
Nisha has an LLB (Hons) degree from Warwick University and completed her LPC at BPP University, London.
Memberships
She is a member of the Young Fraud Lawyers’ Association. Before qualifying as a solicitor, she was a caseworker at the AIRE Centre legal charity and the Free Representation Unit. She has interned at the Council of Europe in Strasbourg.
