Partner

Giuseppe Scaravilli is Partner in Wiggin and Dana’s Corporate Department. Giuseppe’s practice focuses on serving as outside general counsel for both early-stage startups and mature companies, as well as private entrepreneurs and investors operating across an array of industries, including consulting, e-commerce, food and beverage, health care, home health care and hospice, hospitality, marketing, and tech. He is also a wiggin(x) Co-Founder and Partner.

Giuseppe has experience representing clients in debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, corporate governance, securities law compliance, commercial contracts, licensing agreements, commercial leases and other general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Wiggin and Dana, Giuseppe served as Partner for a New York City-based law firm.

Giuseppe studied at LUISS in Rome, Italy, where he earned a single cycle Master’s Degree in Law (laurea in giurisprudenza). Giuseppe obtained an LLM in International Business and Trade Law from Fordham University School of Law during his studies at LUISS through a joint educational program between the two universities.

Giuseppe is licensed to practice in New York.
