Len Gray is Co-Chair of the Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Practice Group and a Partner in Wiggin and Dana’s Corporate Department. He is also a wiggin(x) Co-Founder and Partner.

Len has over 15 years of extensive experience working on a diverse range of corporate and financial transactions. Having founded his own law practice in 2016, he is a proven entrepreneurial leader with a track record for establishing deep relationships with emerging growth companies from formation to exit. Len is experienced in venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, secured lending arrangements, and securities law matters. Prior to founding his own practice, Len worked in New York City for one of the largest international law firms in the world.

Len holds a J.D. with honors from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
