Emilio Gallegos is an attorney in the litigation practice of Ocampo 1890, with solid experience in complex disputes in insurance, civil, commercial, environmental and administrative matters.

His profile is distinguished by his experience as a legal consultant for the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the National Commission of Natural Protected Areas (CONANP). In this role, he advised in environmental disputes and in the defense of the validity of federal decrees for the conservation of natural protected areas, which provides him with a unique perspective in litigation involving governmental entities and strategic interests.

At Ocampo 1890, he specializes in insurance and reinsurance litigation, representing both insurers and insureds in complex tort and liability disputes in all instances of litigation.
