Panamanian and Colombian attorney with over two decades of experience in the practice of law. Eric is a benchmark in litigation, commercial arbitration, and construction law at both local and international levels. He has acted as advisor, legal representative, and arbitrator in countless cases for both private clients and public entities. He is a member of the National Bar Association of Panama, the Chamber of Commerce, Industries, and Agriculture of Panama, the Board of Directors of the Arbitration Center of the Chamber, the Latin American Arbitration Association (ALARB), the Spanish Arbitration Club (CEA), and the Latin American Arbitration Group of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). He is an introductory member of the DRBF in Panama.

He has been recognized by Chambers & Partners Global, Chambers & Partners Latin America, Lexology Index, and the Latin American Corporate Counsel Association (LACCA) as a leading lawyer in Litigation and Arbitration.
