Ana Karen Inzunza Sánchez is a Partner at VAHG and specializes in the practice of Corporate Law, Real Estate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions.

She specializes in the representation of domestic and foreign clients, advising them in matters of structure, investment, incorporation, maintenance and reorganization of legal vehicles such as corporations, trusts, partnerships, joint ventures, among others.

Her approach also includes advising on the purchase or sale of shares or fixed assets, as well as the preparation, review and implementation of various legal instruments derived from commercial relationships. Ana Karen has extensive experience in the coordination of the different areas of law that are necessary to implement cross-border transactions and corporate restructuring projects, including the coordination of lawyers in different jurisdictions, mainly in mergers and acquisitions of commercial companies where foreign investment predominates, joint ventures and strategic alliances, acquisitions, mergers and spin-offs.

As part of the team, she also focuses on real estate matters that involve advising foreign clients in implementing the most efficient legal and economic strategies to make important investments in Mexico, as well as in the acquisition and sale of real estate assets, development and operation of real estate projects, and real estate investment trusts.

She obtained her Law Degree from Universidad Panamericana, Campus Guadalajara in 2016 and has a Master’s Degree in Commercial and Business Law from Universidad Panamericana, in 2019.

Ana Karen was part of the team that represented Universidad Panamericana at the 13th Willem C. Vis (East) Moot, International Commercial Arbitration Moot, in Hong Kong, an Arbitration competition in 2016 (Honorable Mention for Best Statement of Defence).

She holds a Diploma in English Legal Methods from the University of Cambridge, England, in 2015; a Certificate from the Mexican Bar Association (BMA) and the Universidad Panamericana Campus Guadalajara, in 2022, where she participated in the Corporate Business Seminar and a Diploma in Real Estate Law from the Escuela Libre de Derecho in 2025.

In addition, as part of her extracurricular activities, Ana Karen is part of the Staff of Arbitrators for the preparation of the teams that represent Universidad Panamericana Campus Guadalajara at the Inter-University Competition of Commercial and Investment Arbitration (UP – ICC Mexico Moot).
