Gilberto focuses his practice on insolvency related matters, including bankruptcy cases, out-of-court workouts, bankruptcy-related litigation, collateral package structuring, corporate restructuring, and distressed asset acquisition.

He obtained his bachelor’s degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, a Master’s and a PhD degrees from Universidade de São Paulo. He is a Professor of Commercial Law at GV Law.
