Attorney from Universidad del Rosario, with a focus on corporate and contract law. He holds a major degree in Contract Law from Universidad del Rosario and another in Procedural Law from Universidad Libre.

He has extensive experience in the comprehensive advisory of national and international companies, participating in the structuring, negotiation, and execution of corporate and commercial transactions exceeding USD 5 million. His experience includes the negotiation of complex agreements, corporate reorganizations, corporate governance, and legal risk mitigation strategies.

He has advised companies across a wide range of industries on matters related to domestic and international contracting, corporate transactions, consumer protection, and competition law, as well as on the resolution of high-complexity disputes. He also represents clients in judicial and arbitral proceedings before the ordinary civil and commercial courts, and in administrative and jurisdictional proceedings before the Superintendence of Companies and the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, particularly in corporate litigation, shareholder disputes, directors’ liability, unfair competition, and consumer protection matters.
