Sergio is an Attorney from Universidad del Rosario, with a focus on corporate and contract law and post graduate studies in Contract Law from Universidad del Rosario and Procedural Law from Universidad Libre. He has extensive experience delivering comprehensive counsel to prominent national and multinationals corporations, having successfully steered the structuring negotiations, and commercial transactions exceeding USD 5 million. His corporate practice specializes in intricate cross-border agreements, corporate reorganizations, high-level corporate governance, and proactive risk-mitigation frameworks.

He has advised companies across a wide range of industries on matters related to domestic and international contracting, corporate transactions, consumer protection, and competition law, as well as on the resolution of high-complexity disputes. Sergio regularly represents corporate interests in high-exposure judicial and arbitral proceedings before civil courts, as well as in administrative and jurisdictional actions before the Superintendence of Companies and the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, particularly in the areas of corporate litigation, shareholder disputes, directors’ liability, unfair competition, and consumer protection matters.
