Career

Edgardo Infante is an attorney graduated Cum Laude from the Faculty of Law and Political Science at Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua (USMA). His professional experience includes serving as Court Clerk III at the First Maritime Court of Panama (2021–2025), where he assisted in drafting judicial rulings, orders, and judgments; managed case files in their entirety; and participated in hearings and conservatory measures. 

Additionally, he completed an internship in the Intellectual Property Department of a recognized law firm in the field, where he collaborated on trademark, patent, and copyright registration procedures, conducted research for the protection of intangible assets, and followed up on administrative proceedings. 

He is distinguished by his teamwork capacity, critical thinking, and effective communication skills.

Bachelor of Law and Political Science (Cum Laude), Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua – USMA (2019–2024). 

High School Diploma in Humanities with Emphasis on Languages, Colegio Episcopal de Panamá (2018).

He has complemented his education with specialized courses in Maritime Law (ISJUP, 2023), Mining Law (ISJUP, 2023), and the Introductory Course for the Professional Bar Admission Exam (2024).
