Israel currently serves as a litigation attorney in mortgage foreclosure proceedings. Since 2014, he has developed his professional career in the legal sector, with experience in both the public and private sectors, performing functions in various areas of civil and procedural law.

Previously, he served as a legal assistant in the private sector. He also served as First Senior Officer and Acting Judicial Secretary at the Third Municipal Civil Court of Panama, as well as at the Eighth Municipal Civil Court of Panama, both part of the Judicial Branch.
