Ángela has a decade of experience advising on the structuring of banks and financial operations, formalization, preparation and endorsement of Public Deeds related to Financial Contracts with mortgage guarantee and antichresis, Financial Leases, Sale of real estate as well as the review and preparation of Private Contracts.

She has been a corporate lawyer for recognized financial entities in Panama.  Similarly, she has experience in the registration of properties before the Public Registry.  At the same time, she advises on Administrative Law issues, which includes procedures before the different government entities, as well as on matters related to Intellectual Property and Public Procurement.
