Javier Martínez-Acha is one of the IPAL specialists in the areas of Financial and Banking Law, International Law and Corporate Law. He has stood out within the professional world, occupying important positions such as: Responsible for the corporate portfolio of the Bank of Ibero-America, Treasurer of the GICU Constructor group, Financial Consultant of the Merril Lynch Panama firm. He is also Co-founder, General Manager and President of the national firm of international financial intermediation (with generated assets over that of one billion US dollars) Geneva Asset Management S.A.

He is on leave starting July 1 of this year for being working as a Public Servant.
