Recognized as a leading lawyer in Dispute Resolution in Panama, Héctor offers clients (companies and individuals) the benefit of more than 20 years of experience as an expert lawyer in Commercial, Civil, Criminal and Procedural Disputes, as well as in matters Labor Law and Family Law.
He currently coordinates the Judicial Department of IPAL, in charge of the strategy, approach, review and monitoring of the status of the processes that the firm maintains in the different judicial instances in Panama, along with the entire team of specialists.
Hector has authored articles on Litigation and Arbitration, as well as professor of the Political Science and Human Rights subjects.
